PURPOSE: A blue phosphorescent material is provided to provide an organic electroluminescent device with high color purity, improved efficiency, and reduced power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A blue phosphorescent material composition is shown in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1-R5 is selected from hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, a C1-C6 alkyl, a C5 or more substituted or unsubstituted aromatic group, a C6 or more substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group, and a C5 or more substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group, R6 is selected from hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, a C1-C6 alkyl, a C5 or more substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group, or a C1-C6 alkyl or C6 or more substituted or unsubstituted aromatic group, an amine group substituted by C5 or more substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group, X is a monoanionic bidendate ligand, and n is a positive integer of 3 or less.
