GUIDE DEVICE FOR ROLL LASER WELDING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A guide device for a roll laser welding machine is provided to prevent cracks and fractures in a welded area caused by spring back by supporting the spring back of a formed beam with pressing rollers until the welded portion has hardened. CONSTITUTION: A guide device for a roll laser welding machine comprises roller frames(101), a lower guide roller(105), and side pressing guide units(110). The roller frames are installed on both sides of the width of a base(9) corresponding to the front and rear sides of a roll laser welding machine. The lower guide roller is installed between the roller frames and rotated through a rotary shaft(103) in order to roller support the underside of a formed beam(30). The side pressing guide units are installed on the top of the roller frames and support the spring back of the formed beam with the pressing force of a cylinder(113) by roller and surface-contact on the top surface(F1) and the outer surface(F2) of both ends of the formed beam via pressing rollers(111).
