PURPOSE: An embedded lighting device and an embedded lighting device cover are provided to steadily fix a diffusing plate while easily controlling size according to the size of housing and steadily fix a diffusing plate. CONSTITUTION: A profile(10) is fixed to a fixture such as ceiling and wall. The profile surrounds the girth(31) of a metal housing(30). A holder(13) is formed in the inner side of the profile. The holder fixes a diffusing plate(33). A connecting member(20) comprises a body portion(26), a wing portion(25) connected with the body portion, and a lever(21). A screw hole(22) is formed on the wind portion. A groove for inserting a magnet is formed on the connecting member.
