PURPOSE: A composite sheet and a method for fabricating the same are provided to utilize even polymer resin material with low flow. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing composite sheet comprises: a step of weaving a first filament containing fiber intensifier and a second filament containing thermoplastic polymer resin(S100); and a welding the woven material between the melting points for polymer resin and fiber intensifier(S200). The thermoplastic polymer resin is polyolefine-based polymers. The thermoplastic polymer resin includes ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymers and styrene-diene copolymers.
