PURPOSE: A tension bar fastening device for an electric pole is provided to prevent damage to the electric pole which can be generated by excess pressure or hitting against other electric poles. CONSTITUTION: A tension bar fastening device for an electric pole comprises a reinforcement plate(40) and a terminal plate(30). The reinforcement plate has as many locking holes as the number of tensile reinforcing rods(20). The locking hole comprises an incision unit and a fitting unit. The incision unit is cut towards the center of the reinforcement plate edge. The fitting unit makes the bottom plane of a head unit to be hung while the head unit is inserted into one side of the incision unit. The fitting unit is formed to have the same diameter as the head unit. Another side of the tensile reinforcing rod is formed with a head unit which went through a heading process.
