<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and certainly making a regenerative pipe for regenerating existing pipes in all execution sections when regenerative pipe making work for regenerating the existing pipes must be intermittently executed. <P>SOLUTION: A pipe making machine 1 is installed in a manhole M, a belt-like member 100 is drawn into the pipe making machine 1 from above ground and is spirally rolled, and further one side edge part and another side edge part of the belt-like member 100 adjoining each other are superposed and joined to make the regenerative pipe Sa. Then, the made regenerative pipe Sa is cut and the pipe making machine 1 is retreated onto the ground. Later, after the pipe making machine 1 is assembled, the pipe making work is resumed and the regenerative pipe Sb is made.
