Disclosed is a display device for displaying graphical objects. The display device of the present invention comprises: a video-processing unit which processes a video signal to construct an image; a graphical processing unit which processes graphical data to construct a graphical object; a display unit for displaying the image and the graphical object; and a control unit which controls the video-processing unit and the graphical processing unit, such that the image and graphical object are each provided with different three-dimensional effects and the graphical object continues to be displayed on an overlay layer which is an upper layer of a reference layer on which the image is being displayed. According to the present invention, depth inversion may be prevented.
