<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control unit that reduces the number of part items and manhours required in installing a motor on a base body. <P>SOLUTION: This hydraulic control unit 1 includes a base body 10 with a brake liquid passage formed therein, and a motor 20 installed on one surface 10a of the base body 10. An arm part 23 inserted into an installation hole 17 formed on the one surface 10a of the base body 10 is formed in a case 22 of the motor 20. A wide part 24 wider than a maximum diameter of the installation hole 17 is formed in the arm part 23.
