PURPOSE: An LED device is provided to improve an operation property by applying a low voltage level to a gate terminal of an NMOS transistor. CONSTITUTION: A rectification generating block generates a rectification voltage. The rectification voltage includes a driving voltage difference in one direction with regard to a preset background voltage. An LED radiating block includes a first connection unit(200), a second connection unit(300), a first LED module and a second LED module. The first connection unit controls the currents of the first LED module and the second LED module. A second connection unit electrically connects a second connection node a background signal in response to a second control signal. A control block(400) generates a first control signal and a second control signal which are controlled by corresponding to the size of the driving voltage difference.
