<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle back door including a resin inner panel mounted on a vehicle body side by a mounting member mounted via brackets, and preventing breakage of the inner panel even when various stress acts on a part with the brackets of the mounting member in the inner panel. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicle back door includes: a resin inner panel 10 mounted on a vehicle body side by a mounting member mounted via metallic brackets 40, 50, 60; a resin outer panel 20 mounted on the inner panel 10; and a reinforcing member 30 when both the panels 10, 20 are mounted.
