<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing mechanism capable of reliably fixing a tray with simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing mechanism of a tray is a fixing mechanism of a tray 4 on which a vibration source (a storage device 3) is mounted to a member to be fixed (a gage) and includes a wire 6 disposed along an outer periphery of the tray 4, fixing members 7 pulled out from first storage units 41c formed at side portions 41 of the tray 4 by operation of the wire 6, and a tensile force addition mechanism 5 for adding tensile force to the wire 6, and when tensile force is added to the wire 6 by the tensile force addition mechanism 5, the fixing members 7 are pulled out from the first storage units 41c to be in contact with the member to be fixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
