PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wobbling method suitable to a high density disk.

SOLUTION: In a recording medium in which a track is wobbled and address information is recorded, the address information recorded as a wobble of a groove is configured as a 83-bit address unit formed by a 75-bit data part composed of 15 address blocks in which a 8-bit synchronization part and five bits including a 4-bit address bit are defined as one address block, the address unit has a monotone unit including a groove wobbled by a fixed frequency and a data unit showing 0 or 1 by using MSK modulation, the monotone unit and the data unit are a period of monotone wobble 56 waves, and three address units are included in a recording unit of data to be recorded in a track composed of 498 frames being a unit in which run-in and runout are added to an ECC block.
