<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter structure which does not require replacement and cleaning of a filter. <P>SOLUTION: The filter is disposed in an intersection part of a main-channel and a sub-channel so as to filter fluid flowing into the sub-channel from the main-channel. A switching unit for switching a flow rate is disposed in the sub-channel to properly change the flow rate of the fluid flowing through the sub-channel. The filter forms the filter surface directed to the main-channel as surfaces different from each other so as to become recessed or protruded with respect to the wall surface of the main-channel. The surfaces different from each other of the filter produce turbulent flow in the fluid flowing in the main-channel when stopping the flowing to the sub-channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
