COATING COMPOSITIONS FOR ANTI-WEAR AND LUBRICATION

PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly coating composition is provided to enhance abrasion resistance, incoherence, adhesive force, lubrication, and heat resistance by controlling coating composition types and mixing ratio of the adhesive. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly coating composition comprises 50-65 weight% of solid lubricant powder, 5-10 weight% of charge powder, and 30-45 weight% of adhesive. The solid lubricant powder can be obtained by mixing at least 2 of the following: polytetrafluoroethylene powder having particle size of 0.1-1.1 micron, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide, hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN), and expanded graphite. The filler is a mixture of one or more which is selected from silicon carbide(SiC), alumina (Al2O3), zircon oxide(ZrO2), and titanium oxide(TiO2). The adhesive is one or a mixture of the following substances: thermosetting property silicon poly ester resin, or alcoxysilane based adhesive.
