<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming device capable of stabilizing a rotating speed of a photosensitive drum. <P>SOLUTION: A first cleaning roller 10 is arranged around a photosensitive drum 7 and is provided in a manner capable of rotating around an axis line parallel to a rotation axis line of the photosensitive drum 7. A flange 32 that is provided in a manner capable of integrally rotating with the photosensitive drum 7 comprises: an engaging projection 35; and a driven-side groove part 36 to which driving force is transmitted from a drive transmission member 71.
