PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing extract of reinforcing thread voluntary wormwood, Houttuynia cordata, Leonuri Herba, eye lotus, and salicornia herbacea is provided to prevent from skin irritation and enhance all kinds of bases and additives of cosmetic material, solubility, organic solvent, affinity, and stability. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains extract of reinforcing thread voluntary wormwood, Houttuynia cordata, Leonuri Herba, eye lotus, and salicornia herbacea. The extract is manufactured by filtering and concentrating fermentation liquid which is obtained by fermenting after ultrasonic wave extracting reinforcing thread voluntary wormwood, houttuynia cordata, leonuri Herba, eye lotus, and salicornia herbacea mixture. The extract is contained 0.0001-30.0 weight% in dry weight. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in a flexible toilet water, a lotion, a moisturizing cream, a massage cream, an essence, an eye cream, a cleansing cream, a cleansing foam, a cleansing water, pack, spray, or a powder types.
