<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the thermal efficiency of a vacuum water heating machine being an industrial hot water generator by recovering sensible heat from low temperature flue gas discharged from the vacuum water heating machine and recovering latent heat of moisture contained in the flue gas, and to prevent increase in temperature/pressure in the vacuum water heating machine and a heat recovery apparatus by easily and effectively preventing overheating of the heat recovery apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The heat recovery apparatus 10 includes a heat recovery chamber 1 which includes a heat recovery unit 1a comprising a plurality of stages and a plurality of rows of fin water tubes 1b through which supply water flows, a neutralization tank 2, and a discharge section 3. While flue gas supplied from the vacuum water heating machine 20 flows from an upper part to a lower part of the heat recovery chamber 1, supply water is caused to flow from the lower part to the upper part in the heat recovery unit 1a to exchange heat with the supplied flue gas, the supply water is heated and supplied as hot water to the heat exchanger 5c of the vacuum water heating machine 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
