<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vacuum valve which satisfies both breaking performance and conduction performance by reducing resistance without decreasing a magnetic field in an axial direction. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum valve comprises: a vacuum container composed of an insulating cylinder 1 and end plates 2 and 3; a fixed-side electrode rod 4 fixed to one end plate 2; a movable-side electrode rod 5 provided on the other end plate 3 so as to be freely advanced and retracted; annular coil electrodes 12 and 22 provided at ends facing each other of the electrode rods and generating a magnetic field in an axial direction; disc-shaped contacts 11 and 21 provided on the sides facing each other of the coil electrodes 12 and 22; and support members 18 and 28 provided on the rear sides of the contacts 11 and 21. Coil disc parts 17 and 27 made of a conductive material are provided on the rear sides of ring parts and arm parts constituting the coil electrodes 12 and 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
