<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit device which improves safety against electrical shock, has high reliability against heat generation of electronic components, external temperature change and vibrations of a housing case, and achieves good assembly workability. <P>SOLUTION: An aluminum plate 21 forming an outer shell of a housing case 1 radiating heat of a semiconductor element 39 is thermally contacted with the semiconductor element 39 through an insulation sheet 29. Further, a rubber bush 19 is attached to a protruding part 1a provided at the housing case 1, and the compressed rubber bush 19 allows the semiconductor element 39 to make pressure contact with the aluminum plate 21. The insulation sheet 29 improves the safety, and the rubber bush 19 absorbs vibrations of the housing case 1 while absorbing thermal expansion/contraction of the housing case 1 to improve the reliability and the assembly workability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
