PURPOSE: A mounting structure of a CVVT(Continuously Variable Valve Actuation) mechanism of an engine is provided to prevent deformations of a actuator shaft, which is stably assembled between an upper part of a cylinder head and a lower part of a cam carrier with a simple structure of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A mounting structure of a CVVT mechanism of an engine comprises a actuator shaft(220), a cam cap bolt(150), and a cam carrier(120). The actuator shaft is assembled with the cam cap bolt and placed between an upper part of a cylinder head and a lower part of the cam carrier. The cam cap bolt is penetrated through the com carrier and the lower part of the cam cap bolt is coupled to the cylinder head with a screw-joining. The cam cap bolt is connected to a bolt assembling hole of the cylinder head. A first oil passage is formed in the bolt assembling hole. The oil inflowing from the oil main gallery of the cylinder head is provided to a journal portion of the first cam shaft, the journal portion of the actuator shaft, and the journal portion of a swing arm through the first oil passage. The second, third, and the fourth oil passage are formed in the cam carrier and proceed to each journal portion of the first cam shaft, the actuator shaft, and the swing arm.
