<p>A rotary fluid machinery, wherein both end outer peripheral parts of an output shaft (23) formed integrally with a rotor (31) of a vane type expansion machine operated with high-pressure steam are supported by a static pressure bearing (25) installed on one end side thereof in the state of being floated on the film of a pressurized liquid phase fluid supplied from a pressurized liquid phase fluid feed port (129) through a pressurized liquid phase fluid path (W5) and also supported on the static bearing (25) installed on the other end side in the state of being floated on the film of a pressurized liquid phase fluid supplied from the pressurized liquid phase fluid feed port (129) through pressurized liquid phase fluid paths (W6, W7, W9, W10, W11, W12), and vanes (42) supported radially by the rotor (31) and performing a reciprocating motion are supported in the state of being floated on the film of a pressurized liquid phase fluid supplied through a pressurized liquid phase fluid path (W14) extending toward the radial outer side inside the rotor (31), whereby each sliding part of a rotary fluid machinery such as the vane type expansion machine can be lubricated efficiently.</p> |
