摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide proteins having N-glycosylated optimized proteins, produced in prokaryotes; to provide a method for producing the protein; to provide methods of introducing to recombinant protein N-glycans for the improvement of antigenic, stability and biological activity of the proteins; and to provide host cells displaying the recombinant N-glycosylated proteins on their surface. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: recombinant N-glycosylated protein containing one or more introduced N-glycosylated optimized amino acid sequence(s); nucleic acids encoding these proteins as well as corresponding vectors; and host cells. In addition, the present invention is directed to the use of the proteins, nucleic acids, vectors and host cells for preparing medicaments.
