METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE FE-CR-AL BASE ALLOY POWDER FOR POROUS STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing Fe-Cr-Al base alloy powder for a porous structure is provided to stably manufacture nano-size Fe-Cr-Al powder by using electric explosion. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing Fe-Cr-Al base alloy powder for a porous structure comprises the steps of: feeding a Fe-Cr-Al metal wire to the lower size of a chamber filled with liquid(S1), providing pulse power to the Fe-Cr-Al metal wire(S2), evaporating the Fe-Cr-Al metal wire in the liquid through electric explosion caused by the pulse power(S3), and cooling or condensing the vapor by the liquid to produce Fe-Cr-Al alloy powder(S4).
