PURPOSE: A welding method using an optimized welding condition data base is provided to determine proper welding variables using program installed in a user terminal and secure a certain welding quality by applying the welding variables. CONSTITUTION: A welding method using an optimized welding condition data base comprises the steps of: searching a controllable welding machine from a user terminal(S10), connecting a database from the user terminal and setting a welding condition with reference to standard welding conditions(S20), transmitting the set welding condition to the welding machine(S30), executing a welding process by the welding machine according to the set welding condition(S40), transmitting welding process signals according to the execution of the welding process from the welding machine to the user terminal in real time(S50), and displaying the standard welding conditions in a lobe curve shape on the screen of the user terminal(S60).
