摘要 FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed is a two-channel SHF switch containing a junction of three transmission lines with identical wave impedance (the first transmission line intended for SHF signal input while the other two - for output; at the output, each of the two transmission lines is equipped with at least one electronic key representing a field-effect transistor with a Schottky barrier) nd at least one transmission line section with wave impedance equal to that of the transmission line; the drain node of the first field-effect transistor with a Schottky barrier is connected to the transmission line at the first output via the said transmission line section while the drain node of the first field-effect transistor with a Schottky barrier is connected to the transmission line at the second output; the gates of the both field-effect transistors with Schottky barrier s are grounded and connected to one source of DC control voltage. Additionally introduced into the latter are two identical inductances, two identical capacitances and at least two identical resistors; the transmission line section length is equal to one eighth of the wavelength within the transmission line section; the first and the second inductance are connected to the transmission line at the output with one end, their other ends connected to the transmission lines at the first and the second outputs respectively; one end of the first capacitance is connected to the transmission line at the first output while one end of the second capacitance is connected to the transmission line at the input, the other ends of the capacitances grounded; the gates of each field-effect transistor with a Schottky barrier are separately connected to the DC control voltage via a corresponding resistor. ^ EFFECT: decrease of the value of direct losses of SHF signal in open channels and increase of SHF signal attenuation in closed channels; decrease of the voltage standing-wave ratio at the input and the two outputs of the SHF switch, predominantly - within the 2 cm wavelength band. ^ 4 dwg
