Proposed method is implemented in ICE with cold air pipeline 10 accommodating engine throttle 11 while hot air pipeline 12 accommodates throttle 13. Said hot air pipeline 12 is fitted in outlet pipeline 14. In the latter, cold air is heated by exhaust gases.
