PURPOSE: An automatic dried fruit molding apparatus and a method thereof are provided to enable users to easily mass-produce dried fruit by flatly pressing fruits. CONSTITUTION: An automatic dried fruit molding apparatus comprises the following: trays(117) fixed to a supporting frame; a lower container(120) including lower concave units(121) for storing dried fruits on each tray; a molding device(130) with upper concave units, located on the upper side of the lower container; and a pressurizing unit(140) moving and rotating the molding device to the lower side for rotating and pressurizing the dried fruits inside the lower concave units. The pressurizing unit includes a compression frame(150) fixing the molding device, and a driving unit(160) rotating and pressing the compression frame.
