The method involves creating a model sequence message at the level of an advertisement managing server (20). The message and advertisements are transmitted to a virtual private automatic branch exchange (10). The advertisements are organized in a random order so as to allocate rows to the corresponding advertisements. The advertisements are inserted in corresponding blocks of the message based on the rows. The message, in which the advertisements are inserted, is played with audio player software of a local music on-hold server (11) of the exchange until incoming call is in wait state. The model sequence message is an audio file i.e. MPEG-1 audio layer-3 (MP3)file. An independent claim is also included for a call center system comprising a private automatic branch exchange.
