摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs by reducing machining costs and the number of work processes, in a bypass air volume control system for a throttle body which is provided with a valve body guide hole to which a valve body is fitted slidably and allowing the atmosphere to be introduced, a flat surface opening one end of the valve body guide hole, and an air control groove opened on the inner periphery of the valve body guide hole so as to be opened/closed by the valve body and opened on the flat surface, and in which a closing member for closing an opened end of the air control groove opened on the flat surface is fixed to the throttle body. <P>SOLUTION: The closing member 32, which functions as a stopper for regulating the movement of the valve body 27 to a closing side when the valve body 27 reaches a fully-closed position to close the whole opening of the air control groove 30 opened on the inner periphery of the valve body guide hole 10, is formed so that at least a part is positioned inside the inner periphery of the valve body guide hole 10 on a plane including the flat surface 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
