<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg body of furniture that prevents a stress from remaining near an insertion hole of the leg body for a male thread member to be inserted and that can improve durability of the leg body. <P>SOLUTION: The leg body 3 includes a wall part 3a and a hollow part 3b surrounded with the wall part 3a. An arranging member 42 is inserted into the hollow part 3b so that a hexagonal nut 44 is disposed not to be turned. In the wall part 3a, an insertion hole 3d is formed in which a cap bolt 47 threadedly engaged with the hexagonal nut 44 is inserted. In a connecting member 10 connected to the end of a connecting lever 2 and extended in the longitudinal direction of the leg body 3, there is formed the insertion hole 3d through which the cap bolt 47 is inserted, wherein the cap bolt 47 is fastened to the hexagonal nut 44, with the wall part 3a held between the connecting member 10 and the hexagonal nut 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
