PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejecting head, a liquid ejecting head unit, and a liquid ejecting apparatus that can suppress the destruction of a liquid in the liquid ejecting head and reduce manufacturing cost in the liquid ejecting head, and to provide a method for manufacturing the liquid ejecting head.

SOLUTION: The liquid ejecting head includes: a head body including a nozzle opening 26 that ejects the liquid; and a fixed plate 70 fixed to a liquid ejecting surface 27a on which the nozzle opening 26 of the head body opens and that includes an exposure opening 71 for exposing the nozzle opening 26 of the liquid ejecting surface 27a. A positioning hole 52 positioned to open to the liquid ejecting surface 27a and positioned with respect to the nozzle opening 26 is provided in the head body. The fixed plate 70 is fixed to the liquid ejecting surface 27a to close the positioning hole 52. The fixed plate 70 includes an extension part 74 protruding from the liquid ejecting surface 27a. At least two head positioning holes 75 are formed at the extension part 74.
