PURPOSE: A superhydrophobic surface forming method is provided to easily apply a micropattern to a base surface material by forming viscoelastic polymer into a nailhead-shaped micropattern. CONSTITUTION: A superhydrophobic surface forming method comprises a step of forming viscoelastic polymer(1) on a base material and a step of stamping the viscoelastic polymer with a stamp(2) having a micropattern(3) to obtain a nailhead-shaped micropattern.
