Disclosed is an intelligent-voice elevator, which comprises an intelligent apparatus. The intelligent apparatus is installed inside the elevator car and outside the elevator landing respectively and can also be installed in the machine room of the elevator. The intelligent apparatus is connected with a machine voice system, a detecting system, an information-receiving system, an operation system, an alarm system, an information outputting-or-transmitting system and a monitoring system in the elevator. The intelligent apparatus is provided with voice-receiving function, so that passengers can control the operation of the elevator by there voice. The intelligent apparatus is also provided with voice-sending function, which is used to inform the passengers about operation state of the elevator or perform corresponding system functions. The intelligent voice elevator can meet different needs of different people and provides the appropriate service.
