<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source lighting device that can light each LED at the same timing in using a constant current circuit for each LED. <P>SOLUTION: A light source lighting device 110 includes: an AC-DC conversion section 29 for converting a commercial AC power supply 1 to a DC voltage and outputting the DC voltage; two step-down chopper circuit sections 30, 31 connected in parallel to the AC-DC conversion section 29, connected with respective LEDs 8a, 8b and drive-controlled to output DC currents to the LEDs 8a, 8b; two drive circuits 10a, 10b disposed in correspondence with the respective step-down chopper circuits and fed with a control power supply to drive-control the respective step-down chopper circuits; a control power circuit 11 responsive to the application of the commercial AC power supply 1 by starting up on the commercial AC power supply 1 and starting to generate the control power supply based on the commercial AC power supply 1; and a control circuit 13 responsive to the detection of the application of the commercial AC power supply 1 by starting to feed the drive circuits 10a, 10b with the control power supply generated by the control power circuit 11 in a predetermined period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
