PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to prevent a distortion phenomenon of a transmission image by suppressing the scattering of light. CONSTITUTION: A scan line(S), a first gate electrode(214a), and a second gate electrode(214b) are simultaneously formed. A data line(D) is connected to a first source electrode(216a). A driving power line(V) is connected to a second source electrode(216b). A passivation layer(218) covers a first thin film transistor(TR1), a capacitor(Cst), and a second thin film transistor(TR2). A pixel electrode(221) is formed on the passivation layer.
