<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit impact on which can be reduced even when the transmission line is blown out. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic circuit 200 comprises a first transmission line, i.e. a main line (transmission lines 14 and 16), a second transmission line, i.e. a transmission line 40, and an MIN capacitor 20. The transmission line 40 has one end connected with the main line, the other end connected with one end of the MIM capacitor 20, and a narrow portion 42 having a width narrower than other parts. When the MIM capacitor 20 is short-circuited, the transmission line 40 blows out easily at the narrow portion 42 and an open stub formed by the blown-out position is prevented from having an adverse effect on the circuit characteristics. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
