PURPOSE: A waterproofing agent for an elastic membrane and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent the corrosion and the generation of cracks on a wooden construction or a building. CONSTITUTION: A waterproofing agent for an elastic membrane contains the following: a urethane acryl hybrid aqueous dispersion containing aqueous polyurethane and a (meth)acrylic resin; an alumina cement complex containing alumina cement, calcium carbonate, silica, an ethylene vinyl acetate resin, and a (meth)acrylic copolymer; and a stabilizing/reinforcing agent formed with a compound stabilizer, lightweight charcoal, and a basic stabilizer.
