<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of preventing increase in temperature of an image holder by corresponding to each of the portions. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming device 10 comprises channels F1, F2 and F3 for sucking between an image holder 68 and a fixing device 76 for fixing an image on a recording medium, a channel F5 for sucking the vicinity of a first discharge part 82 and a second discharge part 86 for discharging a recording medium P, a first air guiding part 242 which is connected to the channels F1, F2 and F3 and has a first sucking opening part 252, a second air guiding part 244 which is connected to the channels F1, F2, F3 and F5 and has a second sucking opening part 254, a draft prevention part 172 for preventing air from passing through the first air guiding part 242 from the channel F5.
