<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus including correction means which is applicable regardless of the motion amount of a subject and reduces irregularities of exposure times due to electronic shutter characteristics of an image sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: a solid-state imaging device provided with charge storage parts arranged in a matrix shape, means for discharging the charges of the charge storage parts and means for respectively and independently reading the charges of the charge storage parts; exposure time setting means for stopping the discharge of the charges in the state of not shading the solid-state imaging device to start storing the charges, shading the solid-state imaging device to end the exposure, and setting the time difference between the storage start and the exposure end as an exposure time; and correction means for correcting the gain of a pixel value of image signals obtained by reading the charges in the state of shading the solid-state imaging device. In the imaging apparatus, data for storage start time compensation is held corresponding to each pixel of the solid-state imaging device, and the correction means integrates a ratio of the set exposure time to the sum of the set exposure time and the data for the storage start time compensation into the image signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
