Disclosed is a vaginal suppository which comprises alum in a finely distributed form in a fat-based matrix and contains at least one basic aluminum salt in the adeps matrix, said salt regulating and/or modifying the pH value of the vagina. Sodium aluminate and/or calcium aluminum sulfate are used as basic aluminum salts. |
