PURPOSE: A method for preparing human recombinant SOD3 using animal cells is provided to easily isolate and purify the animal cells and to apply fusion protein to other industries. CONSTITUTION: A human recombinant SOD3 expression vector gene has a base sequence of sequence number 1. A SOD3 primer has a base sequence of sequence numbers 2 and 3 among human recombinant SOD2 expression vectors. The SOD3 protein has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 4.
