Auxiliary drive

The auxiliary drive (2) has a drive unit (15) arranged at a vehicle wheel (13) of a vehicle (1). The drive unit comprises a motor-driven drive element and motors that drivingly act on the drive element, where the motors are arranged in parallel. The drive unit comprises a gearbox between the motors and the drive element. Components of the drive unit are arranged in a closed housing. The drive unit comprises a communication device for wireless data exchange using radio, ultrasonic or infrared connections. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising an attachment interface.
