ZONE TEMPERATURE CONTROL METHOD FOR OVEN

PURPOSE: A method of controlling temperature for each section of an oven is provided to save energy by moving heated air without additional energy. CONSTITUTION: The section temperature control method of an oven(10) is as follows. MCU(Micro Controller Unit) of the oven operates the oven with a cooking temperature set by an operation unit(11) according to a request of users. The MCU determines whether an average temperature of detected temperature values by a plurality of temperature sensors(12) is below the cooking temperature set by the users or not. If the average temperature counted in the MCU is below the cooking temperature, the MCU heats oven's innards with a heater(13). A direction of the wind generated from a convection fan(15) is converted by a wind direction changer(14) in order that a convection current is generated in a section where the temperature sensor indicating a minimum temperature is placed.
