PURPOSE: A repair structure for a pipe, an apparatus fro manufacturing a liner for repair of a pipe, and a non-digging repair method for water and sewer pipes are provided to improve the completion degree of pipe repair by obtaining uniform thickness of resin when hardening a repair liner inserted in a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A repair structure for a pipe comprises first and second liners(10,20). The first liner comprises a tube-shaped first nonwoven fabric structure(11) and a first coating film(13) formed on the outer side of the first nonwoven structure. The second liner comprises a tube-shaped second nonwoven structure(21) and a second coating film(23) formed on the inner side of the second nonwoven structure. The first and second nonwoven structures are impregnated with curable resin. The second nonwoven structure faces the inner surface of the first nonwoven structure. The second liner is located on the inner side of the first liner.
