PURPOSE: An electric tape cutter can provide cut tapes with a non-adhesive surface according as an adhesive tape, coated with adhesives in the rear side of an exposed surface, is interfolded to an adhesive surface direction at a constant length. CONSTITUTION: An electric tape cutter(10) comprises an operating unit, a tape holding unit, a tape feeding unit, a cutting unit, a tape fixing unit, and a tape folding unit. The tape fixing unit fixes an adhesive tape of which one exposed side is coated with adhesives. The tape folding unit folds the front end of the fixed tape in an adhesive surface direction at a constant length. The tape is cut and fed at constant lengths in a state where a non-adhesive surface is formed in the front end of the adhesive tape.
