PURPOSE: A tone chime having a light emitting device is provided to obtain visual and auditory effects by emitting lights with sounds when playing a tone chime and to easily join a light emitting device to the existing tone chime. CONSTITUTION: A tone chime comprises a body(1), a fixing member(3), a hitting rod(2), and a light emitting device(4). The body comprises a groove having a characteristic length. The fixing member is fixed to the upper part of the body. The hitting rod is fixed to the fixing member to be moved, thereby hitting the body. The light emitting device simultaneously emits lights and sounds when playing a tone chime. The light emitting device is fixed to the fixing member.
