PURPOSE: A document information structuring system and a method thereof are provided to efficiently manage a collected document by classifying documents. CONSTITUTION: A document classifying unit(1100) classifies the collected document by category. A document analyzing unit(1200) divides the classified document into lower units and generates summary information. A tree structure generating unit(1300) arranges a lower unit in a tree structure. A document generating unit(1500) combines a lower unit of the tree based on the summary information. The tree structure generating unit matches summary information.
