PURPOSE: A terminal device and a relay transmission method using the same are provided to increase receiving signal quality of a terminal in an MBS area. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(300) receives a wireless signal about content from a base station consisting of an MBS(Multicast and Broadcast Service) communication network. A signal processing unit(310) amplifies or converts the received wireless signal. A transmitting unit(320) relays the processed wireless signal.
