PURPOSE: A station precision stop control system and method of an automatic operation vehicle are provided to improve operation stability by using a standards command profile. CONSTITUTION: An information observation device(200) observes current time, present speed, driving position, and target stop distance which is observation information of a vehicle driving system(100). A standards stop profile generator creates a standards stop speed command, a standard acceleration command, and a standard location command by using the observation information observed in the information observation device. A controller(400) outputs a control signal for a braking command and propulsion torque of the vehicle driving system by using a standards stop profile created in the standards stop profile generator.
