<p>PURPOSE: A UI apparatus, a method thereof, and a multimedia terminal for the same are provided to easily perform multi-tasking by generating an instance icon including execution information of a function on a standby screen. CONSTITUTION: A controlling unit(102) generates an instance icon including execution information of an application by an application executing unit(104). The instance icon is inputted after terminating the application, the controlling unit executes the application based on execution information. An application storing unit(106) stores the execution information of the application. An instance icon generating unit(108) generates the instance icon related to the execution information of the application.</p> |
